7.1 Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, CA.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
